Your experience matters. Unlike other local practices, we treat you in a comfortable recliner in a dim, low-stimulation room. Bring your own eye mask, noise-canceling earbuds or headphones for the calming music of your choice, and a favorite throw. A journal is available if you'd like one. Everything is set up to make each session as restful and soothing as possible.

What to expect at your first visit. Your first appointment is an evaluation, not a treatment session. We gather the information needed to request prior authorization from your insurance company for Spravato. After the visit, we contact your insurer and work through the approval process. We treat patients who already have their own mental health provider — you can see us just for Spravato (esketamine) and we'll refer you back to your provider once treatment is complete.

Important Safety Information

Spravato (esketamine) carries a boxed warning for sedation, dissociation (changes in perception, sense of time, or reality), respiratory depression (slowed or difficult breathing), and the potential for abuse and misuse. Spravato may also increase the risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Spravato has not been shown to prevent suicide or reduce suicidal thoughts.

Because of these risks, Spravato is available only through a restricted program (Spravato REMS) and must be given in a certified healthcare setting under direct medical supervision. Patients are monitored for at least 2 hours after each dose. Do not drive or operate machinery until the day after treatment, following a restful night's sleep — arrange for someone to take you home.
